About Contrast wellness

I’d like to introduce myself, the name behind the brand, what CW is all about and why I wanted to start Contrast Wellness.

Being fortunate enough to have played rugby professionally for a number of years, I understand the importance of recovering from games and training to make sure you're performing at your peak ability, and more importantly being able to move freely in day to day life. 

Contrast Wellness aims to be a leading sports recovery centre, providing specialised services to athletes and individuals. With a specific focus on contrast therapy, compression therapy and sports massage we are confident that our services will make a significant impact on your health and wellness.

Starting Contrast Wellness has been a dream of mine a while now. I wanted to create a space for people to relax, recover and reset from the challenges of training, competition and everyday life.
