All memberships are billed on the 1st of each month via direct debit.
Each Membership has a set amount of credits per month that allow you to book in for our sauna and ice bath or compression pump sessions.
Credits reset each month.
Credits allow you to book in for our sauna and ice bath or Leg compression pump sessions, purchase credits in packs of 2, 5 or 10 to use at your leisure.
Monday - Friday
2pm- 8pm
Sunday
9am - 4pm
